Nelson Plaque

I was asked to carve a “wild-eyed Norse Dude” for a clients’ chimney. It was a very cold winter, and this is what came out.

I keep meaning to ask for a shot of it installed, but I keep forgetting. Still, the point comes across. I’ve always liked this guy.

I hate wet cold, so I don’t think I’d have been a very good Viking. I tried to bring in a guy who didn’t mind wet cold, just stared it down and kept sailing.
