An early commission, early 1990’s. The mantle, with all those returns, is one piece. I would find that challenging even today.
These photos don’t really demonstrate it, but this fireplace comes into the room a full three feet or more. It was huge. And all of the woodwork in the home was made from a tree harvested from the property.
