Sometimes I make sculpture not to make a thing but to make an experience. This was one of those. My daughters and I built this piece on a beautiful day, just for fun, and just so a dad could teach his daughters a thing or two about how things can be made to come together. The wind plays this old piano sound board in a most wonderfully evocative way.
