The horse had to come and check things out at the Easton Children's Park. He'd heard of all the "goings on", and being the nosy fellow that he is, had to find out what all the fuss was about. Seeing the kids all cavorting with the bugs and the other animals, he had to mug a bit for the people himself.
 
Part of a Children's Park at Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio, this horse is intended to enliven and "animate" the shopping experience for kids and grown-ups alike. Allowed free "reign" to exorcise his
imagine (to quote an old friend), Dale came up with the idea that there were special animals who lived in the grounds of the  complex, and that as they made their appearance known, they were "frozen" for the
rest of us to enjoy.
