Indiana Limestone
Copper
This sunroom, accessed through our gothic-influenced door jams and arches, features a fountain head based on a loose rendering of the client's own face. The basin drips water into the coping below from each of the flutes; there are enough that it produces a very pleasant rain-like sound. As with all our fountains, the pump and mechanicals are located in another room, and feature automatic fill, timer for automatic on and off in addition to a switch in the room, and automatic refill of the entire system every few days to prevent stagnation and algae growth. The concept grew out of a conversation between Dale and the client; it is a nice example of the "if you can imagine it, you can have it" idea.
