Kansas Limestone, Granite Field Stone, Patinated Bronze, Blued Steel, an Old Barn Beam
10' x ' 6' x 3'

These fireplaces, set in a "see-through" manner, are the result of the wife wanting something "rustic-feeling" while the husband wanted something more "formal." The cut stone side is in the living room and the granite side is in the kitchen. The inscription, "bail o dhia ort" is Gaelic for "Blessings of God on You," an inscription agreed to by both the wife and the husband. It is always fun to be able to design in multiple materials. Our heavy steel and bronze doors are an integral part of the whole in a piece like this.
