Northern Ohio Limestone
This somewhat harder-than-most limestone lends itself very well to a Tudor or Gothic design. The difficulty of working a stone has a lot to do with what a carver is able to get out of it. We feel that the "stiff" character of the medieval period is best captured today by using the struggle that is working with a hard stone to advantage.
